The home was quickly listed for sale, and it only spent 10 days on the market. Ultimately, the property sold at a competitive price with a shortened escrow. The home sold for nearly $250k more than what it was bought for in June. The investor was thrilled with both the speed of the sale and the impressive return on investment.
